About the role
A Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) at Vishleshan embeds directly inside enterprise client environments to build and deploy production-ready AI solutions. You will work at the intersection of AI engineering, enterprise systems integration, and client delivery, taking AI from use case to production in 90 days.
This role is specifically focused on AI and agentic systems deployment. You will not be building generic software. You will be inside large enterprise organisations, connecting frontier AI models to real business data, real workflows, and real operational systems that have been running for decades. The work is hands-on, fast-moving, and directly visible to the client from day one.
Vishleshan's FDE practice is built on 20 years of enterprise domain expertise across automotive, manufacturing, supply chain, commerce, and service operations. You will bring the AI engineering depth. We will give you the enterprise context.
What you will do
Embed inside enterprise client environments to understand business processes, operational data, and system constraints
Identify and design high-value AI use cases across manufacturing, supply chain, commerce, and service operations
Build and deploy AI agents, agentic workflows, and AI models integrated with enterprise systems including SAP, ERP, CRM, and legacy platforms
Work alongside client teams on a daily basis, ensuring every deployment is production-ready before you leave
Collaborate with Vishleshan's product and platform teams to bring existing AI capabilities into client environments
Contribute to deployment documentation, playbooks, and reusable patterns as the practice scales
What we are looking for
2-5 years in AI engineering, software engineering, or technical delivery
Strong Python and AI/ML engineering background with hands-on experience in LLMs, agentic frameworks, and enterprise AI deployment
Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and production AI system architecture
Hands-on integration experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems
Ability to work independently inside client environments once direction is set
Strong communication skills as you will represent Vishleshan inside the client organisation from day one
Nice to have
Experience with agentic frameworks including LangChain, CrewAI, OpenClaw, or equivalent
Familiarity with MCP based agentic architectures
Domain knowledge in automotive, manufacturing, FMEG, or supply chain
Experience with any enterprise platform including SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or equivalent
Prior client-facing or consulting experience
